Lexus After Sales Operation Dev Manage h/f

Toyota Motor Europe (TME) based in the Brussels head office, plays a key role in Toyota's success in Europe and we are continually looking for talented professionals to join our 1600 people of 52 nationalities

The team is responsible for developing the Lexus After Sales business in more than 26 European markets.
Working closely with our National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSCs), you will provide strategic
guidance and support the development of a sustainable Customer Experience in line with our brand promise.

Responsibilities:

• You are at the forefront of automotive service development and constantly look for innovating service products and business propositions to generate revenue and improve customer satisfaction, advocacy and loyalty
  
• You maximize synergy with Toyota processes and systems whenever relevant
  
• You lead the successful implementation of the Lexus After Sales midterm strategy (roadmap) across a number of markets in order to level up the Lexus After Sales Operations and Customer Service
  
• You make sure to keep close alignment with Toyota After Sales Customer Service group on program enhancements (eg TSM development)
  
• You negotiate and agree 3 YR Business Plan After Sales targets with NMSCs and closely follow-up on achieving the set objectives

• University degree with minimum 6-10 years of experience in a multi-national environment
  
• Pan-European project management experience, preferably within a premium automotive brand
  
• Flexible attitude, organised and good negotiation skills
  
• Mature business manners as well as strong interpersonal communication skills
  
• Fluency in English, any other European language is an asset
