Project Leader Development (Brussels) M/F

Toyota Motor Europe (TME) based in the Brussels head office, plays a key role in Toyota's success in Europe and we are continually looking for talented professionals to join our 1600 people of 52 nationalities.

As a project leader within IT Service Delivery, you support projects within the Customer Service & Repair team.
You provide complete solutions for business customers through projects in different Customer Service business areas.

Responsibilities:

• You are accountable for all the phases of projects and responsible for project tracking and control, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget
  
• You manage the risk & issue log, identifying their impact and counter-measures
  
• You pro-actively anticipate on conflicting needs and solve them
  
• You manage the implementation of approved changes, analysis, development and testing
  
• You manage the deployment of changes/bugs to production
  
• You actively participate in Kaizen process for the application
  
• You assure effective communication between various parties involved in development process at Toyota Motor Europe, the development team, the analysis and test team
  
• You are an excellent communicator and able to organize and keep status review meetings with business and higher management
  
• You have a broad technical knowledge

• University degree computer science or equivalent by experience
  
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project leading
  
• In depth knowledge of PMI, RUP methodology
  
• Experience in optimizing existing applications
  
• Experience in working in a large multinational environment
  
• Technical knowledge of various platform (Mainframe, AIX)
  
• Experience in J2EE is an asset
  
• Analytical and detail oriented
  
• Team player
  
• Fluency in English, any other European language is an asset
