Toyota Motor Europe (TME) based in the Brussels head office, plays a key role in Toyota's success in Europe and we are continually looking for talented professionals to join our 1600 people of 52 nationalities.
As manager O&ED you will support pan-European Executives and General Managers in their career and professional development. You will also manage the implementation and timely completion of the HR Core Processes.
Responsibilities:
- You manage the HR core processes for the target management population, trough launch communication and follow up on correct implementation
- You are involved in the Pan-European Succession Planning process that consists in planning the career and professional development of management and in identifying the successors for all key management positions
- You support the management in defining the most appropriate organisational structure to deliver business objectives and development of people
- You deal with the yearly career & development processes such as Performance and Competency Appraisal and Individual Career & Development. You are responsible of monitoring process completion and quality as well as coordinating the appraisal moderation process
- You diagnose the effectiveness and efficiency of the above mentioned HR processes, policies and systems and you communicate improvement actions to the respective corporate HR departments
- You are responsible for advising and coaching management on the implementation of HR Core processes across all areas
- You build up and maintain professional relationships with management and stakeholders in order to facilitate the execution of the above mentioned activities and to establish HR as a business partner
- You take on special projects as needed/assigned across Business Units

- University degree or equivalent by experience
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Expert in negotiating, influencing, coaching and presenting
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Good change management and organisational development skills
- Expert in HR Core Processes
- Computer literate
- Fluency in English, any other European language is an asset
