Body Repair Training Manager (Zaventem)

Toyota Motor Europe (TME) based in the Brussels head office, plays a key role in Toyota's success in Europe and we are continually looking for talented professionals to join our 1600 people of 52 nationalities.

The Customer Service Training Department is developing and implementing Train the Trainer programs regarding Body & Paint topics for the 28 National Marketing and Sales Companies all over Europe

Responsibilities:

• You develop and implement trainings on a Pan European basis together with the team
  
• You will continuously make sure that the specialised knowledge on all Toyota and Lexus technologies is kept up to date
  
• You coach and ensure continuous improvement of Instructors on Body and Paint knowledge and training ability
  
• You instruct contractors and suppliers in Body & Paint technology and products delivery
  
• You set up, develop and maintain open communication channels with TME, TMEM and TMC related departments as to assure accurate and timely information gathering on technical challenges
  
• You structure the gathered information for usage in training
  
• You monitor and guide the timely implementation in course materials
  
• You enlarge and develop field experience in Body and Paint technology and set up a best practice in repairs in the field
  
• You will structure this experience towards Training Need Analysis and consequent integration in training
  
• You follow up on the quality of NMSCs Body and Paint training courses and feedback observations and conclusions to the team
  
• You assess training quantity and quality on a regular basis

• A minimum 8 years of experience in training and/or Body & Paint fieldwork
  
• Knowledge of automotive technologies
  
• Strong communication and didactical skills
  
• Computer literate and excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  
• Analytical minded, well organised and detail oriented
  
• Fluency in English, any European language is an asset
