Lexus Country Manager (Brussels)

Toyota Motor Europe (TME) based in the Brussels head office, plays a key role in Toyota's success in Europe and we are continually looking for talented professionals to join our 1600 people of 52 nationalities.

The Lexus Europe Sales Operations team is responsible for developing the Lexus business in the growing premium segments in more than 26 European markets. Working closely with senior management at local National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSCs) in several markets, you will be responsible for the development of strategic plans and operational implementation across a wide range of business issues.

Responsibilities:

• You aid the strategic development of the Lexus business in several European markets
  
• You support NMSCs in developing a profitable Lexus Network capable of delivering a premium Lexus Experience' to customers
  
• You develop product, grade and price strategies together with the NMSCs and in line with the Lexus strategy
  
• You negotiate with the NMSCs to optimize sales and supply plans, ensuring appropriate stock levels and exploiting the sales potential of each market
  
• You conduct country specific reporting on market trends, sales plans, stock levels, etc.
  
• You advise NMSCs on the development of media and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with Lexus Europe strategies

• University degree with 8 years of experience
  
• A minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably within a premium automotive brand
  
• A good understanding of the automotive business (network, sales planning, marketing)
  
• Good negotiation skills
  
• An open communicator with a proactive approach
  
• Fluency in English, any other European language is an asset
