Our client is one of the world's leading integrated producers of premium fibers for the textie industry.
Working within the apparel business unit, the Key Account Manager will have the following principle duties and responsibilities:
- Buisness development
- Identify strategic downstreams customers.
- Introduce new products to the market;
-Maximise return on Marketing investments via brand building and effective use of advertising and promotion
- Understand and identify new business opportunities;
- Provide reports after visiting key accounts;
- Report market trends and information about the competition to the Commercial Director;
- Provide reports after visits to key customers;
- Collect and forward market/customer financial data to the credit team in a timely manner;
- Network with customer sales representatives, marketing, credit and planning.
Interesting candidates will have the following background and skills:
- Sales experience with key industrial account management is required;
- Experience at a fabric manufacturer would be beneficial;
- Ability to quickly integrate into an international company;
- Strong team player with demonstrated ability in economic thinking;
- Result oriented with the ability to sell premium products;
- High level of customer focus, motivation and excellent interpersonal/negotiating skills;
- Fluent English and French language skills are essential;
- Flexibility to travel within the country and abroad.
