Specialist Advertising H/F

Toyota Motor Marketing Europe is looking for a Senior Specialist Advertising M/F

The advertising team is in charge of stimulating and leading the development and production of communication campaigns for the European Sales Group in line with brand and sales objectives.
You report to the Advertising and Brochures manager.

Responsibilities:

- Provide an internal technical understanding of advertising production and trends that can contribute and build advertising culture within the group.

- Handle each project within the overall marketing communication process and approval procedures.

- Work in collaboration with the brand and media team to monitor and report markets advertising implementation and performance.

- Keep regular contact with the advertising counterparts in the network to share information and assets.

- Coordinate together with the relevant departments the supply of product samples, product information and data for the production of ATL communication.

- Orientate and filter partners so to facilitate them to deliver within the agreed strategic frame work and on time.

- Manage the execution/production of assets controlling crew and equipment so to deliver the expected results.

- Monitor costs and research opportunity for cost efficiencies within each project.

- Contribute with your knowledge and experience to identify improvement opportunities for the project management.


M/F
- University degree preferably with a specialization in Marketing Communication.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive marketing communication with main focus on the development of advertising campaigns.

- Good understanding and affinity with creative conceptual ideas.

- Good communication strategy thinking.

- Excellent communication skills at all level.

- Excellent project management skills.

- Dynamic, open minded, sensitive and pragmatic.

- Budget controlling and reporting skills.
