We are looking for an energetic, goal oriented individual with a passion for sales and the ambition to drive their career in a growing, multinational IT organisation.
In this role, the Inside Corporate Account Manager (ICAM) is responsible for selling Business Objects' BI solutions. You'll prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the french market, by analyzing different revenue stream opportunities and identifying business pains relative to individual customers and market segments.
The ideal ICAM will be responsible for driving revenue and closing sales to over-achieve quota while improving your customers' business practices and changing the way their businesses operate.
Successful ICAM have been promoted into management, alliance, and field sales positions around the world.
Required Competencies and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience is desired
Energetic and goal-oriented, strong leadership qualities (experience with cross-functional and trans-national teams desired)
Strong interest in technology
Mother tongue : French, Fluency in English



Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years full-cycle sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals (preferably IT sales experience)
Proven success prospecting and developing a territory
Successful experience initiating complex sales involving multiple influencers on buying decisions
Demonstrated experience with solution sales
Proven ability to develop and leverage internal and external partner relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong team player with proven ability to support colleagues
