5PQE+ RUSSIAN SPEAKING CORPORATE LAWYER (H/F)
This is a superb and unique opportunity for a Russian-speaking candidate keen to join a small, dynamic in-house team and manage projects independently.

Continuous expansion and success for CME means that the company is seeking a new member of the legal team. Reporting to the general counsel, the role will be based in London but will require you to travel to assigned counties, including Ukraine. You will deal with a range of general commercial and corporate issues.

H/F
You will have a range of experience in both general commercial and corporate fields, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets or banking as well as superior transaction management skills. U.S. capital markets experience is highly desirable.

The ability to work comfortably in Russian is vital. You will be Russian or US/UK qualified, ideally both, and will have spent a considerable amount of time in the CIS developing a good understanding of the region's approach to business affairs and legal processes.
