Our client is a recognized worldwide reference in the extraction and transformation of minerals. The Group constantly innovates to offer a wide range of products and services to its industrial customers. Today, the organization counts over 90 production sites located in Europe, North-America and Africa.
For their sales trading platform based in Switzerland (nearby the Lake of Leman), they are currently looking for an EXPORT SALES MANAGER

Mission
You will be in charge of maintaining and developing profitable sales to export customers based all over the world. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities
Manage, develop and negotiate sales (volume, price, margin) with overseas customers
Select the appropriate products in the supply network
Supervise the logistic chain
Carry out market studies
Enhance the company's knowledge and visibility among the chemical traders community
Actively participate in the management of the company



Experience and competences

Higher education
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to sales and logistics
Bilingual French/English (written and spoken)
Commercial flair & instinct
Experience in international trade & commerce
Basic knowledge of commercial law & contracts
Capacity to integrate a small team and to deal with multicultural environments
Willing to travel for 10 to 20 % of the time
Excellent negotiation skills and entrepreneurship.
