ACCOUNTANT

ACCOUNTANT (H/F)

-Responsible for the correctness of the financial results

-Generate key information for management and stakeholders

-Preparation of financial reports on a fixed and periodical base

-Identification of problems through various analyses and interpretation of figures

-Actively supports management, Controller and global accounting teams

-Preparation and posting of entries of general ledger from German management companies

-Responsible for the consolidation of property results

-Actively contribute to various internal and external projects

-Responsible for back office bookkeeping



-University or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

-Preferably (studying for) RA/CPA

-Minimum of three years of relevant workexperience, preferably within accounting or auditing

-Strong analytical skills

-Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP is preferred; experience with Datev is helpful

-Performance driven and result-oriented

-Strong organisational skills with the availability to prioritise

-Fluent in English and German

-Abiltity to maintain a high level of accuracy

-Computer literate (MS Office)

-Teamplayer
