For one of our Client, one of the more important investment company in real estate.

ACCOUNTANT (H/F)

Analytical review and control of monthly and quarterly figures of the accounting of one real estate fund, provide by external agent

Follow-up of the VAT and contact with the tax services in different countries

Follow-up of the invoices and payment

Preparation of the reporting

Participation in the consolidation process

Work in close relation with the manager

Investments follow up

Good knowledge of general accounting procedures

Good understanding of financial statements.

Able to take initiative

Good organisational skills

In depth knowledge of Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word

Experience in real estate or fund management is considered as a strong asset

The selected candidates will have a Relevant Qualification in accounting/finance. (University Degree or Master)

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience in the field of finance and accounting within a commercial company or an investment company in real estate.

The ideal candidate will have an external audit experience.

English is require, other language is an advantage
