TRANSLATOR M/F
ENGLISH/ARABIC/FRENCH

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
Translation of documents and other material from and to Arabic, English and French
Interpretation services when necessary from and to Arabic, English and French.
The development of language aids for staff to assist with referencing commonly used terms
Identify and/or conduct language skills training workshops for office staff.


H/F The ideal candidate will possess:

Extensive experience in professional translation supporting Executive level leaders, together with a graduate degree in trilingual translation.
Experience in translating for formal situations for executive level meetings and conferences, and covering sensitive matters; interpreting scientific or technical subjects; researching sophisticated subjects in areas where the interpreter has no prior specific experience.
The ability to perform various assignments simultaneously with changing priorities in a high-pressure environment and meet multiple deadlines.
The ability to manage other translators working on one project.
Computer literacy.
Knowledge of the structure of the Qatar Government, and experience in working in the Middle East would be preferred but not essential.
