Our client is a huge worldwide mobile telephone manufacturer with an impressive portfolio of stylish business and consumer handsets. For the location in Munich, we are looking for a Regional Repair Process and Training Manager CEEMEA. The Training Manager will, in close co-operation with global and local customer service functions, secure repair competence and repair quality in the service locations in the CEEMEA region.
REGIONAL REPAIR PROCESS AND TRAINING MANAGER CEEMEA (H/F)
- Train the trainers and auditors in MUs
- Technical repair training direct to service location repair technicians
- Perform technical audits and certification of Repair Centers in line with global customer service guidelines
- Product-repair level based certification (supplier/location/technician)
- Consolidate feedback for exisiting training documents and repair instructions, coordinating with and publishing them in public domain
- Add repair competence to support centralized repair set-up in cooperation with Global Customer Service
- Drive continuous improvements in repair quality
- Process standardization and quality
H/F
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in electronics repair business (preferably mobile phones)
- Experience of advanced training tools, e.g., web trainings
- Good cummunication skills
- International experience
- Cultural awareness
- Experience as a trainer or auditor
- Fluent English language skills
- Team-leading capabilities
