Financial sector

- Advise staff of the bank for any legal issue related to the affairs of the Bank in the areas of customer relations (corporate and private market), Internal Affairs, in its commercial development projects or administrative;

- Intervening in the development or creation of new products or legal and tax advice of legal and media.

- Managing the development and supervision of contracts of the Bank and ensure their compliance vis-à-vis the existing regulations

- Manage files contested in cooperation with external lawyers responsible for defending the interests of the bank.


Advanced training in Business Law (MBA) and / or Banking experience of at least 5 years in similar position in the financial or banking sector; very good command of French banking regulations and Monaco as well as control standards contract to the bank (account agreement, credit agreement, means of payment...)

Key skills:

Rigor, excellent writing skills, independence, mastery of the English language
