- Acquire new accounts/ customers by all means (incl. cold calling and lead management)
- Reach quarterly and yearly target goals.
- Share knowledge across the team and continuously develop and enhance personal capabilities
- Daily and weekly reporting, accurate pipeline management and forecasting

Working within the UK Sales team based in Southern Germany this is a new business focused sales position focused on new business acquisition in the UK SME and Mid Market accounts. This role will involve telesales and will be driven by your ability to identify and drive new business, you will go where your business takes you! For the right person this role will enable a significant increase in earnings, responsibility and recognition.


Requirements are:
- affinity to software culture and ideally be familiar with IT topics
- consultative "solution sales" approach to business development
- high level of speech and proven ability to move up the organizational "food chain" and make/engage with high level contacts but also manage operational contacts within the organization chart
- be proficient using telephone as main sales tool.
- ability to accurately forecast and manage the pipeline, through strong analysis and qualification of opportunities as well as experience in escalation and issue resolution
- be fluent in English
- you should have a minimum of 2 years inside sales background with the experience of selling Software as a Service to small and mid enterprises and a comprehensive knowledge of sales process
as well as good organizational and communication skills, have a strong business focus, be an achiever and efficient even under pressure
